What floors can it clean?
Use on compatible sealed hard floors such as tile, epoxy and terrazzo. Confirm brush and detergent suitability with your flooring manufacturer. It is not a carpet cleaner.
How long can it run on a charge?
Published battery runtime is approximately 2.5–3 hours. Actual runtime depends on floor conditions, load and operation. Tank refilling and recovery draining may be needed during the job.
Is it a ride-on machine?
Yes. The EM-500X is a seated ride-on scrubber with steering-wheel control. The powered brush scrubs while the rear squeegee and suction system collect dirty water.
What is included?
The package includes the scrubber, batteries, charger, scrubbing brush, squeegee and manual. Read the manual and complete the setup checks before the first use.
Will it fit through my doorways?
Published machine dimensions are 58.3 × 24.4 × 46.9 inches (L × W × H), with a 38.2-inch rear squeegee. Check the widest attachment, turning space and your complete access route before ordering.
What care does it need after cleaning?
Switch off the machine, empty and clean the recovery tank, and clean the brush and squeegee according to the supplied manual. Remove large loose debris from the floor before scrubbing.
