Shipping

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us including a tracking number if applicable within 48-72 Hours. Usually we will ship your products within 48 hours, but for those pallet products like floor scrubber machines will take more time to process your order. If for any reason you have not heard from us, or have any questions, send an email with your order number to

For the products out of stock, we will have to cancel your order. 

For cancel your order: you can cancel order for free before item was shipped out. Please note that the customer needs to pay the return shipping fee and carrier handle fee if you want to cancle when item is already shipped out (10% of an order).
