RETURN&EXCHANGE

Need to make a return? Let’s keep it simple. E-Motor gladly accepts returns for refund, exchange, or store credit on unused, qualifying items within 30 days of receiving your purchase. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

Cancellation: Please send us an email to cancel an order or call us . You will receive 100% of your funds if the item is not delivered to you already.

Returns: E-Motor only accepts returns within 30 days of the date of delivery. Returned items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by E-Motor . E-Motor may refuse returns on any Special Order items or any other item if damaged. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. All return shipments must be insured, and the client must file any loss/damage claims. When approved for inspection, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued, which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Returns sent to any other facility other than the warehouse listed on the RMA will result in delayed credit processing times. E-Motor will refuse any incoming shipments without an RMA number.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Parts that indicate evidence of being used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly

  • Custom-ordered products

  • Hazardous materials (antifreeze, paint, etc)

  • Wheels and/or tires, after having been mounted

Notes:

  • When returning an item, please place the original package we sent you inside a new box to send back to us.

  • Returns are subject to inspection of the condition of the item.

  • Returns that are must be processed within 30 days of delivery of products and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • If you received free product or a special offer as a result of a deal on the product you are returning, you must also return the free product or offer.

Restocking Fee:

  • Returns that are must be processed within 30 days of delivery of products and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.After 30 days of delivery we no longer accept returns. Customers are responsible for shipping charges.

  • There will be no restocking fee for those returns caused by factory defectives.

International Return: 

Customs must be paid by the client, and if not paid and not released from customs they are responsible for that charge or the cost of the item.

Just return any new or unused part within 30 days and we'll refund the purchase price. _______________________________________________________________

WARRANTY SERVICE 

1.  After-sales staff will inventory, photograph and assign equipment identification numbers to all equipment upon the initial visit and Scheduled Maintenance service.

2. We will perform maintenance inspections on your battery floor care equipment based on the diagnosis list to ensure that the machine can work normally. Planned maintenance will be based on a one-hour trip cost, followed by the time required to perform all checks on the planned maintenance checklist and replace all worn and damaged parts (time and materials).

3. The schedule of the regular maintenance plan and the complete service history of all repaired equipment will be maintained. The service history is a database used to track all service work performed on each device. The service history can be inquired by serial number, device identification number or customer number. This can be done in minutes instead of days or weeks.

4. When necessary, emergency services on weekends and holidays can be provided at overtime rates.

5.  The service ticket will be completed at the location when the service is provided and the labor will be priced. All parts will be listed but not priced.

6.  All technicians are trained, wear professional uniforms and are fully insured.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Site and your purchase of items from E-MOTOR (if applicable) on the Site.

Except as provided in the foregoing, E-MOTOR does not grant to you or any person any right to use, reproduce, copy, modify, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works, publicly perform, or distribute by any means, method, or process whatsoever, now known or hereafter developed, any of the Content on or transmitted through the Site, including without limitation by transferring, downloading or otherwise copying any Content onto any disk drive or other storage medium. Any use of the Content, except as specifically permitted in these Terms, or as otherwise expressly permitted in the Content or in writing signed by E-MOTOR, is strictly prohibited.
