No stock in our American local warehouse, so we have to ship it directly from our factory in China. Your payment will include all the shipping fee and custom fee. The shipment may take about 10-15 days for internation shipping. 

Please do not add any detergent in this floor scrubber machine. If you add detergent in the tank, the longer the foam lasts, the more foam will be absorbed and the motor will get water.

Also, please pay attttention to the sewage tank to avoid any overflow, which will cause short-circuit.

Therefore, we recommend that if the floor is not particularly dirty, try not to add any detergent. If you add detergent, you must also add defoaming agent to the sewage tank. Every time you add water and continue cleaning, empty the sewage tank first. Do not pour water directly on the machine, as this will cause a direct short circuit to the machine.
